All weekend workshops start at 10.30am and end at 5.30pm on Saturday and 4.30pm on Sunday unless otherwise stated.

Waves workshops are open to everyone, beginners and experienced people alike.

Heartbeat workshops require at least 2 Waves weekends or the equivalent in classes with a trained 5 rhythms teacher.

Please book by the week prior to your chosen workshop/classes in order for sufficient numbers to be registered so the workshop /classes can take place

Booking is essential as otherwise a place on a workshop cannot be guaranteed. This work can be deeply healing but is not therapy. The process can facilitate change in people's lives as we learn to take responsibility for our own healing.
